By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.II. PROCESS
- Provide a clear reference sheet when commissioning
-Once satisfied with the sketch, you may make the payment.-No Refunds after the final work is finishedIII. USAGE RIGHTS
-I retain all rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed.
-The client is granted permission for personal use (profile pictures, prints, etc.,).-The client may not resell, redistribute, or claim the artwork as their own.IV. ARTISTS RIGHTS
-I may use the commissioned artwork for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes unless the client requests confidentiality.
-I reserve the right to decline or cancel commissions that violate my boundaries.
